Davis W. Jung
Non-Attorney Disability Advocate

Davis Jung is a second-year law student at Charleston School of Law and a Non-Attorney Disability Advocate at Jung Disability & Injury Advocates, where he works closely with clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits. His legal education, combined with years of hands-on experience in disability advocacy, allows him to support clients with both compassion and a strong understanding of the legal process.
Davis has been involved in disability representation since 2018, assisting clients at every stage of the Social Security Disability claims process—from initial applications to appeals and hearing preparation. He regularly meets with clients in person and virtually to answer questions, gather necessary documentation, and clearly explain what to expect throughout their case. His work includes reviewing and organizing medical records, requesting supporting documentation from medical providers, and identifying key evidence to help strengthen each claim.
As an EDPNA-certified Non-Attorney Representative, Davis is eligible for direct payment and authorized to assist clients in Social Security Disability matters. In addition to working directly with clients, he supports attorneys in a paralegal role by assisting with case preparation, legal research, and discovery responses.
Davis's long-term goal is to become a practicing attorney focused on advocating for individuals facing serious injuries and disabilities. He takes pride in helping clients understand their cases, answering questions honestly, and guiding them through each step of the disability process with clarity and care.
