Brad Jung is the founder of Jung Disability & Injury Advocates, located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The firm was established in 2000 and is dedicated to providing experienced, personalized legal representation to individuals and families facing complex legal challenges.



Brad graduated from Davidson College in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in history. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1990 and practiced law in the state of New York for ten years before relocating his practice to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in South Carolina and New York.


With more than 30 years of legal experience, Brad's principal practice areas include disability law, personal injury, civil litigation, and trial and appellate practice. He has extensive experience appearing before federal and state trial courts, as well as in appellate matters, and brings a deep understanding of litigation strategy and case development to every client matter.


Jung Disability & Injury Advocates offers a wide range of legal services, including but not limited to personal injury, workers' compensation, Social Security Disability appeals, ERISA cases, real estate litigation, representation in DSS matters, foreclosure defense and loan modification, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, debt collection and defense, and trial practice in all courts.
